Capt. Rich Oba,USCG licensed master. Capt. Rich has thirty year's fishing experience from Alaska to Monterey. He is a past San Francisco Tyee Club champion with a 45 Ib. chinook salmon to his credit in addition to a 282 Ib. Alaskan halibut and a 50 Ib. albacore tuna.
Pacific Pioneer Charters is proud to announce the addition of Capt. Joe Baima to our staff. Capt. Baima has extensive fishing experience in the San Diego tuna fisheries. He will be skippering our longer range and overnight trips and fishing for shark, giant squid and swordfish in addition to albacore tuna.
